About me / Places I've livedI am working at the start-up company Zenmo simulations. Zenmo is an abbreviation for Zero-emission Energy and Mobility. The company is focused on giving advice based on renewable energy and mobility models, with a mission to speed-up the energy transition. Therefore we are linked to the technical university of Eindhoven to bridge the gap between academic research and hands-on policy advice and consultancy, and want to open up our models.
I started energy modelling during my Master Thesis internship at the For my Master Thesis I created a renewable energy model of the province of Noord-Brabant (the Netherlands), which will be published shortly. The model aims at not only simulating the system effects of renewable energy technologies, but also clearly illustrates them in an interactive visual dashboard. This helps in conveying the message of renewable energy systems to policy makers.
