About me / Places I've livedAngus has over forty years’ experience in information technology, predominantly in software development. His passion for renewable energy technologies over the last twenty years has led him to tertiary studies in the field and to being one of the first people to install a grid-connect PV system in Western Australia.
Angus has been involved with Sustainable Energy Now (SEN) since 2007. SEN has been working to raise awareness of how a mix of renewable energy technologies are able to meet all of Western Australia’s energy needs, with a particular focus on WA’s main electricity grid, called the South West Interconnected System (SWIS). Over the last year SEN has been developing SIREN at tool for modelling of renewable energy technologies to meet electricity demand for any geographic loaction.
