About me / Places I've livedI am a PhD Student at the Chair of Computer Networks and Communication Systems at FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg. After undergraduate studies (2011) in Materials Engineering at the University of Padova, Italy, I redirected my interest into the field of energy. I obtained (2014) a M.Sc. in Renewable Energy at the University of Oldenburg and worked as a consultant and research assistant, dealing with photovoltaic systems, energy storage, and electromobility topics. Since 2015 I have been working on the integration of electric vehicles in the electricity system. I use open source software for my research and aim to contribute to the Open Energy Modelling Initiative.
