Looking for registration as external PhD student in Germany
Good afternoon:
A friend of mine is interested in study a PhD (as external PhD student, that means he is not asking for financiation) in GIS-based energy systems assessment in a university in Germany. He is electric engineer with very good skills in energy systems and applied mathematics (He did a Master in Spain in Energy systems). Please, could you help me with ideas about options he could have?
