About me / Places I've livedMy name is Matteo and I'm a PhD candidate in the HERUS lab, EPFL.
My research focuses on socio-technical domestic energy demand modeling. I am particularly interested in exploring interdisciplinary methods to improve current assumptions to simulate the daily behavior of end-consumers and possibly their active participation in demand side management programs.
I believe that an increasingly transparent and open-access research environment is critical to effectively enable the interdisciplinary collaborations that this energy transition increasingly needs.
