About me / Places I've livedProfessionally, I am a climate change policy professional, working in the field of carbon markets. I have also worked previously on wider climate and energy issues and have led a team that used TIMES-PT to model the energy transition and decarbonisation scenarios for the Portuguese government. I do not however have a steep knowledge of energy modelling. I am currently devising a special purpose model for answering and simulating different decarbonisation targets and scenarios for Portugal, as part of a wider, open source page that I am putting together for Portugal and Spain.
I have lived and studied in Portugal, Italy, UK and the Netherlands. I have consulted for international organisations such as WWF, European Commission, OECD.
