Definition
1. A standard for testing and sorting of photovoltaik modules focused on the temperature and irradiation data, given by the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC). By using this standard a comparison of the modules will be more accurately. These test conditions are: Air Mass 1.5g,Celltemperature 75°C and irradiation of 1000 W/m².
2. Geared to testing panel performance at higher temperature levels, the High Temperature Conditions (HTC) specifies testing at irradiance of 1000W/ m², 75°C module temperature, an air mass AM of 1.5 and zero wind speed.
