editing rights - different user groups
How shall the rights be structured?
Who will have editing rights for
* fact sheets
* the data base (or will the editing rights of the database be different for different datasets?)
In the proposal it is mentioned that "the user needs another account" for changing and uploading data.
I would be glad to have a vivid discussion on that to find a feasible solution that is supported by the community
