About me / Places I've livedAs a Systems Scientist (Dipl./MSc. in Applied Systems Science) my focus is on energy systems transition pathways. In energy systems modelling I mainly deal with optimisation and ABM approaches and how to integrate both heterogeneous approaches. I worked at the Wuppertal Institute and now in the department of Integrated Energy Systems (INES), University of Kassel.
My research area is within complex energy systems transformation modelling and focuses on win-win path analysis and how to provide governance options for stakeholders and politics. The specific focus lies on two fields of application, the power-, and heat-sector transformations.
