About me / Places I've livedKlaus Rheinberger studied physics with a focus on theoretical physics at the University of Innsbruck, Austria. In 2006, he obtained his Dr. degree from the University of Innsbruck with a thesis on the ventricular fibrillation electrocardiogram. From 2000 to 2004, he was research assistant at the Clinic for Anaesthesia and Intensive Care Medicine, Innsbruck. From 2004 to 2013, he was research associate and lecturer at the Vorarlberg University of Applied Sciences with a focus on applied mathematics, data science and optimization in the fields of energy and finance. From 2013 to 2019, he was head of the Master's programme Energy Technology and Energy Economics at the Vorarlberg University of Applied Sciences. Since 2018, Klaus Rheinberger has worked at the Vorarlberg University of Applied Sciences as lecturer and senior researcher in the Energy Research Centre.
