I lead our analytical work using, among other tools, the Energy Policy Simulator, developed by Energy Innovation.
I have a background in energy policy analysis, electricity markets, and energy efficiency. I have worked with foreign governments, public utilities commissions, the private sector, and utilities on issues ranging from energy efficiency policy design to wholesale market reform to natural gas infrastructure. In my current role I advise policymakers on which energy and climate policies can reduce emissions effectively and at least cost. I am focused on ensuring we adopt the most cost-effective energy and climate policies to reduce carbon emissions and deploy clean energy.
