About me / Places I've livedTarun Khanna is interested in issues of economics of electricity markets, electricity pricing and renewable energy in relation to climate change mitigation.
Tarun graduated with an MPP from Hertie in 2017 and also holds a bachelors and masters in Economics from the Delhi School of Economics, India. Before coming to Berlin, he was a management consultant with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) for five years and worked with regulators, governments, consumers and utilities in design and implementation of electricity regulation in South Asia. Over the last year in Berlin, he has worked as a Research Associate with Dr. Jan Minx at the Mercator Research Institute for Global Commons and Climate Change and as a Teaching Assistant with Dr. Lion Hirth at the Hertie School.
